Në vijim të angazhimit për forcimin e cilësisë në arsimin e lartë, ASCAL zhvilloi një takim në Universitetin e New York-ut në Tiranë.
Takimi u përqendrua në përmirësimin e cilësisë, forcimin e mekanizmave të brendshëm të sigurimit të cilësisë dhe shkëmbimin e praktikave të mira.
U theksua gjithashtu rëndësia e bashkëpunimit të vazhdueshëm ndërinstitucional.

ASCAL Meeting with representatives of “EPOKA” University

ASCAL conducted a visit to “EPOKA” University as part of efforts to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation in quality assurance in higher education.

During the meeting, the role of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit (IQAU) in monitoring and continuously improving academic and institutional standards was emphasized. It was underlined that the effective functioning of this unit directly contributes to enhancing the quality of study programs and ensuring compliance with higher education standards.

The meeting also served as an opportunity to highlight the importance of continuous cooperation in strengthening the culture of quality within institutions.

ASCAL zhvilloi një vizitë në Universitetin “EPOKA”, në kuadër të forcimit të bashkëpunimit ndërinstitucional për sigurimin e cilësisë në arsimin e lartë.

Gjatë takimit u theksua roli i Njësisë së Brendshme të Sigurimit të Cilësisë (NJSBC) në monitorimin dhe përmirësimin e vazhdueshëm të standardeve akademike dhe institucionale. U nënvizua se një funksionim efektiv i kësaj njësie ndikon drejtpërdrejt në rritjen e cilësisë së programeve të studimit dhe në përputhjen me standardet e arsimit të lartë.

Takimi shërbeu gjithashtu si një mundësi për të vlerësuar rëndësinë e bashkëpunimit të vazhdueshëm në forcimin e kulturës së cilësisë në institucione.

ASCAL zhvillon trajnim me Grupin e Vlerësimit të Brendshëm të Universitetit Europian të Tiranës në kuadër të përgatitjeve për akreditim

Në vijim të bashkëpunimit institucional dhe në funksion të përgatitjes për procesin e akreditimit, ASCAL organizoi një trajnim të dedikuar me Grupin e Vlerësimit të Brendshëm të Universitetit Europian të Tiranës, me qëllim rritjen e kapaciteteve profesionale për hartimin e raportit të vetëvlerësimit dhe strukturimin e dokumentacionit mbështetës.

Trajnimi u fokusua në interpretimin e standardeve dhe treguesve përkatës, në saktësimin e kërkesave proceduriale të parashikuara në legjislacionin në fuqi dhe në Manualin e Procedurave, si dhe në orientimin praktik për hartimin e një raporti vetëvlerësimi të qartë, të argumentuar dhe të mbështetur në evidenca të verifikueshme.

Gjatë diskutimeve u theksua domosdoshmëria e përputhshmërisë ndërmjet dokumentacionit të paraqitur dhe funksionimit real të proceseve akademike e administrative në institucion.

ASCAL Organizes Training for the Internal Evaluation Group of the European University of Tirana on Self-Evaluation Reporting

As part of ongoing institutional cooperation and in preparation for the accreditation process, ASCAL organized a dedicated training session with the Internal Evaluation Group of the European University of Tirana, aimed at strengthening professional capacities for drafting the self-evaluation report and structuring the supporting documentation.

The training focused on the interpretation of the relevant standards and indicators, the clarification of procedural requirements set out in the applicable legislation and in the Procedures Manual, as well as practical guidance for preparing a clear, well-reasoned self-evaluation report supported by verifiable evidence.

During the discussions, particular emphasis was placed on the need to ensure consistency between the submitted documentation and the actual functioning of academic and administrative processes within the institution.

ASCAL conducts training for the External Evaluation Group and the Internal Quality Assurance Unit at the University of Medicine, Tirana.

As part of the ongoing external evaluation processes for the accreditation of study programs, ASCAL conducted a dedicated training session at the University of Medicine, Tirana, for members of the Internal Evaluation Group (IEG) and the Internal Quality Assurance Unit (IQA Unit). The purpose of the training was to strengthen professional capacities and further consolidate the institutional culture of quality assurance.

The session focused on clarifying the roles and responsibilities of the IEG and the IQA Unit within the accreditation framework, while addressing the principal challenges encountered by higher education institutions during the process. Particular emphasis was placed on the interpretation of quality standards, the systematic collection and preparation of supporting documentation, and the necessity of ensuring alignment between formal documentation and actual institutional practice.

This initiative reflects the joint commitment of ASCAL and higher education institutions to continuous quality enhancement, recognizing the effective preparation of key stakeholders, namely the IEG and the IQA Unit, as a fundamental component of the sustainable development of higher education.

ASCAL zhvillon trajnim për GVJ dhe NJSBC në Universitetin e Mjekësisë, Tiranë

Në vijim të proceseve të vlerësimit të jashtëm për akreditimin e programeve të studimit, ASCAL zhvilloi pranë Universitetit të Mjekësisë, Tiranë, një trajnim të dedikuar për Grupin e Vlerësimit të Brendshëm (GVB) dhe anëtarët e Njësisë së Sigurimit të Cilësisë së Brendshme (NJSBC), me synim rritjen e kapaciteteve profesionale dhe forcimin e kulturës së sigurimit të cilësisë.

Trajnimi u fokusua në rolin e GVB dhe të NJSBC në procesin e akreditimit, duke theksuar sfidat kryesore që institucionet e arsimit të lartë hasin gjatë këtij procesi. Në këtë kuadër, u trajtua interpretimi i standardeve të cilësisë, mbledhja dhe hartimi i dokumentacionit mbështetës, si dhe rëndësia e koherencës ndërmjet dokumentacionit zyrtar dhe praktikës reale institucionale.

Ky trajnim konfirmon angazhimin e ASCAL dhe të institucioneve të arsimit të lartë për përmirësimin e vazhdueshëm të cilësisë, duke e konsideruar përgatitjen e aktorëve kyç të procesit, GVB dhe NJSBC, si element thelbësor për zhvillimin e qëndrueshëm të arsimit të lartë.
