This happens by supporting the national quality standards and the quality of European Space and international higher education standards and guidelines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6970155 ascal-article__h elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6970155\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Work Principles<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aae0e42 ascal-article__text elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aae0e42\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>QAAHE is independent, unbias and transparent in its activity completion. The agency does an initial evaluation of quality, an external evaluation and analytical and comparing evaluation for HEI programs and fields of study.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f113bae ascal-article__h elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f113bae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">QAAHE Mission<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element    <li>Preservation of quality standards.<\/li>\n                <li>Promotion and Improvement of the quality of higher education institution and the study programs that they offer.<\/li>\n              <\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-138480b ascal-article__h elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"138480b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Activity of QAAHE<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ebbd084 ascal-article__text elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ebbd084\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n                <li>The external evaluation of the quality for the first and regular accreditation of the higher educational institutions and the study programs they offer.<\/li>\n                <li>Monitoring, the evaluation of the academic quality and compliance with the standard of quality of institutions and the programs offered by them, before the first accreditation and the following ones.<\/li>\n                <li>Initial evaluation in accordance to the opening and the re-organization of the higher education and the study programs for education by the request of the responsible ministry.<\/li>\n                <li>Preliminary evaluation and recognition of study programs offered at accredited Albanian higher education institutions by foreign higher education institutions from one of the European Union member states, the United States of America, Canada, or Australia.<\/li>\n                <li>Periodic evaluation, every three years, of the quality of teaching in higher education institutions and its continuous monitoring through the National Student Survey, in accordance with its guidelines.<\/li>\n                <li>Evaluation of internal quality assurance systems (auditing) in higher education institutions, in accordance with its guidelines and the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area.<\/li>\n                <li>Thematic, analytical, and comparative evaluations of institutions and\/or study programs, in support of higher education policies, conducted autonomously or at the request of the ministry responsible for education.<\/li>\n              <\/ul><p class=\"mb-4\">To fulfill its mission, ASCAL relies, in addition to the legislation in force, on the Quality Code and its internal regulations.<\/p><p>\n                QAAHE is part of the European quality assurance community, cooperating with all stakeholders in this field and being an affiliate member of ENQA, a full member of CEENQA, and a full member of INQAAHE,\n                <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enqa.eu\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"text-brand-600 font-semibold hover:text-brand-700 transition-colors\">ENQA<\/a>,\n                an\u00ebtar me t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota i\n                <a
