{"id":1378,"date":"2018-03-27T10:43:18","date_gmt":"2018-03-27T09:43:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ascal.al\/takim-informues-me-institucionet-e-arsimit-te-larte-shkurt-2018\/"},"modified":"2018-03-27T10:43:18","modified_gmt":"2018-03-27T09:43:18","slug":"takim-informues-me-institucionet-e-arsimit-te-larte-shkurt-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.ascal.al\/en\/takim-informues-me-institucionet-e-arsimit-te-larte-shkurt-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Takim informues me institucionet e arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, Shkurt 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agjencia e Sigurimit t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Arsimin e Lart\u00eb (ASCAL), n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit, Sportit dhe Rinis\u00eb, zhvilloi n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 2 Shkurt 2018, takimin infomues me rektor\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb IAL, mbi analiz\u00ebn e procesit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit dhe akreditimit t\u00eb Institucioneve t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, me Agjencin\u00eb Britanike t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Takimi u zhvillua n\u00eb ambjentet e Fakultetit t\u00eb Shkencave Mjeksore Teknike t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb, Tiran\u00eb, me pjes\u00ebmarrjen e Ministres, znj. Lindita Nikolla dhe Kryetarit t\u00eb Bordit t\u00eb Akreditimit, z. Arjan Gjon\u00e7a. I pranish\u00ebm ishte dhe Rektori i UMT, z. Arben Gjata i cili n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebse, theksoi nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb pati ky proces p\u00ebr universitetin q\u00eb ai drejton.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e saj, Drejtoresha e ASCAL, znj. Dhurata Bozo, prezantoi shkurtimisht nisjen e k\u00ebtij procesi, aktor\u00ebt e p\u00ebrshir\u00eb, fazat, ecurin\u00eb q\u00eb ka patur, afatet kohore dhe aktivitetet e zhvilluara n\u00eb 35 IAL e p\u00ebrfshira, ku 13 prej tyre ishin IAL publike dhe 22 IAL private. Znj. Bozo renditi n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e saj dhe disa ve\u00e7ati q\u00eb pati ky proces, q\u00eb ishte i pari q\u00eb zhvillohej p\u00eb IAL publike, procedurat ishin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta, ashtu si baza ligjore dhe standardet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha institucionet e vler\u00ebsuara me ekspert\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb, duke zhvilluar nj\u00eb proces transparent dhe duke ofruar konsulenc\u00eb paraprake. Nj\u00eb risi ishte zhvillimi i pyet\u00ebsor\u00ebve staf\/student\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, ku jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb mbi 4000 pyet\u00ebsor p\u00ebr stafin, t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 54% e tyre dhe mbi 90000 pyet\u00ebsor p\u00ebr student\u00ebt, q\u00eb praktikisht jan\u00eb rreth 70% e numrit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb studnt\u00ebve, ku t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar pat\u00ebm 24% pyet\u00ebsor; si dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i sistemit AMS q\u00eb leht\u00ebsoi komunikimin n\u00eb distanc\u00eb. Tre ishin etapat e m\u00ebdha t\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi, vler\u00ebsimi i brendsh\u00ebm, vler\u00ebsimi i jasht\u00ebm dhe vendimmarja p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjykimi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb kat\u00ebr shkall\u00eb (standardet nuk p\u00ebrmbushen; standardet p\u00ebrmbushen pjes\u00ebrisht, standardet p\u00ebrmbushen kryesisht, standardet p\u00ebrmushen plot\u00ebsisht). Gjetjet e k\u00ebtij procesi ishin q\u00eb nga praktikat e mira t\u00eb hasura, dob\u00ebsit\u00eb e identifikuara dhe afirmimet p\u00ebr veprime n\u00eb vazhdim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z. Gjon\u00e7a n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij, theksoi se ishte nj\u00eb proces gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs, transparent, ku u p\u00ebrdor eksperienca m\u00eb e mir\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb rezultoi me nj\u00eb produkt shum\u00eb cil\u00ebsor, vler\u00ebsimi u mb\u00ebshtet n\u00eb analiz\u00eb cil\u00ebsore (dokumente\/intervista) dhe sasiore (tregues t\u00eb matsh\u00ebm), pyet\u00ebsori krijoi nj\u00eb baz\u00eb p\u00ebr Sondazhin Komb\u00ebtar Vjetor t\u00eb Student\u00ebve q\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn Mars-Maj. E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ishte q\u00eb i gjith\u00eb ky proces ishte jasht\u00eb vendimmarrjes politike, akreditimi ishte 100% pozitiv me nj\u00eb mesatare t\u00eb koh\u00ebzgjatjes s\u00eb akreditimit 3.9 vite. Ky proces, me gjith\u00eb an\u00ebt pozitive dhe dob\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij, na ndihmoi p\u00ebr t\u00eb rishikuar pjes\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsimit me standarde t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta p\u00ebr IAL me \u201cstatuse t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm\u201d, kjo do t\u00eb reflektohet Standardet e reja t\u00eb Sigurimit t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe natyrisht, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb pyet\u00ebsorit t\u00eb sondazhit t\u00eb student\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb lajm tjet\u00ebr i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb fillimi i akreditimit t\u00eb programeve t\u00eb studimit p\u00ebr IAL publike, n\u00eb 6 mujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb 2018.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb takim, fjal\u00ebn e mori znj. Nikolla e cila p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti dhe falenderoi pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit dhe aktor\u00ebt e procesit, duke theksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb pse duhej t\u00eb zhvillohej ai.
