MNP Psikolog n\u00eb Institucione<\/strong><br \/>K\u00ebshilli i Akreditimit, pasi shqyrtoi propozimin p\u00ebr Programet e Reja t\u00eb Studimit, Diplom\u00eb\u00a0e Nivelit t\u00eb Par\u00eb (DNP) n\u00eb: \u201cGjuh\u00eb Shqipe dhe Fr\u00ebnge\u201d; t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga Fakulteti i\u00a0Shkencave Humane, si dhe Programet e Reja t\u00eb Studimit, Master i Nivelit t\u00eb Par\u00eb (MNP)\u00a0n\u00eb: \u201cPunonj\u00ebs Social me F\u00ebmij\u00ebt dhe Familjen\u201d, \u201cPsikolog n\u00eb Institucione\u201d, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara nga\u00a0Fakulteti i Shkencave t\u00eb Edukimit, Universiteti \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Xhuvani\u201d Elbasan, bazuar n\u00eb\u00a0raportin e vler\u00ebsimit teknik, raportimin e Agjencis\u00eb Publike t\u00eb Akreditimit t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb\u00a0Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsimit dhe respektimin e kritereve, bazuar n\u00eb standardet\u00a0shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, arrin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim:<br \/>\u00b7 P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, DNP n\u00eb \u201cGjuh\u00eb Shqipe dhe Fr\u00ebnge\u201d,\u00a0p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin pozitiv me\u00a0kusht q\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen sa m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<br \/>1. T\u00eb shihet mund\u00ebsia e futjes t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Frengjishtes p\u00ebr nivelin fillestar (duke\u00a0supozuar q\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e student\u00ebve t\u00eb pranuar mund t\u00eb mos e din\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebn Fr\u00ebnge);<br \/>2. T\u00eb shikohet mund\u00ebsia e futjes s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs \u201cGramatika Historike e Shqipes\u201d si dhe\u00a0kalimi t\u00eb disa l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb detyrueshme n\u00eb grupin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve m\u00eb zgjedhje.<br \/>3. T\u00eb rishikohet literatura e domosdoshme dhe ndihm\u00ebse, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb\u00a0p\u00ebr diskutim n\u00eb seminare. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb literatur\u00eb duhen p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb artikuj dhe vepra q\u00eb\u00a0pasqyrojn\u00eb arritjet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja fushat e shqipes.<br \/>4. N\u00eb elementet e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet edhe aktivizimi n\u00eb seminare me diskutime,\u00a0referate, detyra sht\u00ebpie, detyra kursi etj.<br \/>5. Duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr pasurimin e baz\u00ebs materialo-didaktike (apo krijimin e saj,\u00a0n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se mungon) me laborator\u00eb kompjuter\u00ebsh dhe me pajisje t\u00eb tjera\u00a0audiovizive. Kjo baz\u00eb materiale \u00ebsht\u00eb e nevojshme p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin e fr\u00ebngjishtes (si\u00e7\u00a0b\u00ebhet n\u00eb deg\u00ebt e gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja), p\u00ebr demonstrimin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve teorike si fonetika e\u00a0informatika, po edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur k\u00ebrkimin shkencor dhe pun\u00ebn e pavarur krijuese\u00a0t\u00eb pedagog\u00ebve e student\u00ebve.<br \/>6. Duhet zgjeruar bashk\u00ebpunimi me universitet e tjera, sidomos p\u00ebr profilin e fr\u00ebngjishtes, ku v\u00ebrehet se\u00a0kjo gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme.<br \/>7. Misioni dhe objektivat e programit t\u00eb studimit kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb\u00a0sakt\u00ebsohen\/specifikohen dhe t\u00eb pasurohen.<br \/>8. Aplikuesi duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb qart\u00eb njohurit\u00eb baz\u00eb p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn fr\u00ebnge q\u00eb studenti<br \/>duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndjekur normalisht l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e paraqitura n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program si dhe\u00a0mund\u00ebsit\u00eb e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb programit.<br \/>9 Modulimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve shqip-fr\u00ebngjisht duket thjesht nje bashkim mekanik i tyre.\u00a0Sugjeroj modulimin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve brenda t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs gjuh\u00eb (psh Moduli morfologji shqipe dhe\u00a0morfologji fr\u00ebnge -1 provim; nderkoh\u00eb q\u00eb mund te modulohej n\u00eb morfo sintaks\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs\u00a0shqipe dhe morfo sintaks\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge sic dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare).<br \/>10. L\u00ebnd\u00ebt e formimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge duhet t\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb frengjisht (pasi kjo nuk\u00a0del e qart\u00eb nga materiali i v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion).<br \/>11. L\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb tilla si Dialektologjia, gjuh\u00eb klasike, studime nd\u00ebrkulturore ballkanike,\u00a0etnofolklor mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb formimit gjuh\u00ebsor dhe me karakter praktik\u00a0p\u00ebr t\u00eb aft\u00ebsuar studentin n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge n\u00eb situata t\u00eb ndryshme ligj\u00ebrimore\u00a0si dhe l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb Teknikave t\u00eb informacionit.<br \/>12. P\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt si Fonetik\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge, Morfologji\/sintaks\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs fr\u00ebnge,\u00a0leksikologji, analiz\u00eb teksti, etj. q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb plan m\u00ebsimor,duhet ripar\u00eb raporti midis\u00a0leksioneve dhe ushtrimeve, n\u00eb favor t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb fundit.<br \/>13. T\u00eb rishikohen temat teorike dhe praktike t\u00eb disa syllabuseve t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve, pasi\u00a0syllabuset duhet t\u00eb pasqyrojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb analitike temat e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb trajtohen.<br \/>14.
