standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin pozitiv me kusht q\u00eb: T\u00eb
p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohet v\u00ebmendja m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb raport t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar n\u00eb favor t\u00eb
