P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, B.Sc. n\u00eb \u201cInxhinieri Elektrike\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7 Plani m\u00ebsimor duhet t\u00eb rishikohet dhe t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen mang\u00ebsit\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb syllabuset e paraqitura ka raste ku literatura nuk jepet, ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb paraqitet pa em\u00ebrtim teksti, pa em\u00ebr autori dhe e paqart\u00eb. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, B.Sc. n\u00eb \u201cAdministrim Publik\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb program p\u00ebrfshihen l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, karakterizues dhe me zgjedhje q\u00eb dalin jasht\u00eb raporteve t\u00eb domosdoshme dhe optimale p\u00ebr programin. L\u00ebnd\u00ebt si \u201cMikroekonomi\u201d dhe \u201cMakroekonomi\u201d jan\u00eb t\u00eb panevojshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi. L\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb biznesit dhe sasiore si \u201cBaza e financ\u00ebs\u201d; \u201cDrejtim marketingu\u201d; \u201cInvestime\u201d; \u201cMatematik\u00eb e zbatuar\u201d; \u201cHistori e mendimit ekonomik\u201d; \u201cDrejtimi i burimeve njer\u00ebzore\u201d dhe \u201cBazat e ekonometris\u00eb\u201d. jan\u00eb jasht\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave dhe hap\u00ebsirave t\u00eb programit.<br \/>\u00b7 Mungojn\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, karakterizues dhe me zgjedhje, si \u201cKontabiliteti publik\u201d; \u201cBuxhetimi dhe financimi n\u00eb sektorin publik\u201d; \u201cQeverisja lokale\u201d etj, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb domosdoshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi.<br \/>\u00b7 Programi ka mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb lidhje me syllabuset si dhe numrin e provimeve.<br \/>\u00b7 Programi i studimit nuk ofron at\u00eb q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket misionit, objektivave dhe em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb tij.<br \/>4. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, B.Sc. n\u00eb \u201cInxhinieri Nd\u00ebrtimi\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rishikohet plani m\u00ebsimor dhe programet m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb garantohen njohuri profesionale specifike.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet strukturimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve n\u00eb module, pasi bashkimi i paraqitur nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mekanike.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rishikohet plani m\u00ebsimor duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarje sa m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb krediteve, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve p\u00ebr formimin e inxhinierit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rishikohen programet e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasqyruar m\u00eb sakt\u00eb dhe m\u00eb qart\u00eb literatur\u00ebn baz\u00eb apo ndihm\u00ebse, e cila do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb procesin e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet, n\u00eb disa raste, fusha akademike e personelit akademik me p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebn q\u00eb zhvillon.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rishikohet literatura e propozuar, pasi shpesh \u00ebsht\u00eb e pap\u00ebrshtatshme.<br \/>5. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, B.Sc. n\u00eb \u201cGjuh\u00eb dhe Let\u00ebrsi Arabe\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv, me sugjerime:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen dhe t\u00eb konkretizohen syllabuset me literatur\u00ebn p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse (me gjith\u00eb kriteret e citimit t\u00eb lit\u00ebratur\u00ebs si: Autori; Titulli; Sht\u00ebpia botuese; Viti dhe vend i botimit; numri i faqeve dhe ISBN).<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsohet literatura n\u00eb syllabuset si \u201cLet\u00ebrsia Arabe\u201d dhe \u201cP\u00ebrkthimi\u201d.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb parashikohen m\u00eb pak kredite p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn angleze, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kriteret e Bolonj\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shikohet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb studenti t\u00eb familjarizohet me ESP (anglishtja e specialitetit).<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rritet niveli i parashikuar n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e \u201cGjuh\u00ebs angleze\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy vitet akademike.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb shikohet mund\u00ebsia e shmangies s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve me zgjedhje si \u201cMetodologjia e pun\u00ebs dhe biblotek\u00eb\u201d pasi nuk i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb k\u00ebtij programi studimi.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb pak\u00ebsohet koeficenti i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve me karakter didaktik (m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie) n\u00eb favor t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm.<br \/>6. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, M.Sc n\u00eb \u201cStomatologji\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7 Programi i studimit ka shum\u00eb mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb organizimin e tij, n\u00eb misonin, objektivat (nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebsuara dhe nuk p\u00ebrputhen me koh\u00ebzgjatjen dhe kurrikul\u00ebn e prezantuar), organet drejtuese, stafin akademik dhe administrativ.<br \/>\u00b7 Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur Rregullore e plot\u00eb e nj\u00eb programi, n\u00eb rregulloren e paraqitur mungon informacioni mbi kriteret e pranimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve, nota mesatare, kriteret e rekrutimit t\u00eb stafit akademik me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ftuar.<br \/>\u00b7 Ka mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjen e ngarkes\u00ebs dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebve duke nd\u00ebrthurur formimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe at\u00eb karakterizues, pothuajse gjysma e programit realizohet n\u00eb dy vitet e para, duke mbingarkuar dhe b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pamundur p\u00ebrballimin nga stud\u00ebnt\u00ebt.<br \/>\u00b7 Ka mang\u00ebsi dhe mosp\u00ebrputhje n\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjen e ngarkes\u00ebs m\u00ebsimore dhe disiplinave e moduleve.<br \/>\u00b7 Paraqitet mbingarkes\u00eb m\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e formimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm (p.sh Gjenetik\u00eb, Mikrobiologji, Histologji, Farmakologji, ORL Okulistik\u00eb, Pediatri, Neuropsikiatri) dhe vendosja e tyre n\u00eb n\u00eb Vitin I dhe II, \u00ebsht\u00eb e parakohshme.<br \/>\u00b7 Disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb formimit karakterizues (Terapia dhe Protetika) dhe disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb formimit baz\u00eb (Anatomi, Fizik\u00eb dhe Informatika) kan\u00eb m\u00eb pak kredite n\u00eb krahasim me programet referuese.<br \/>\u00b7 Mungon personeli akademik i kualifikuar dhe me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb akademike, personeli ndihm\u00ebs, ngarkesa e personelit akademik me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plote dhe t\u00eb pjessh\u00ebm.<br \/>\u00b7 Syllabuset paraqiten me shum\u00eb mang\u00ebsi dhe pasakt\u00ebsi n\u00eb lidhje me literatur\u00ebn e detyruar dhe ndihm\u00ebse, metodologjin\u00eb e zhvillimit t\u00eb leksioneve dhe seminareve, emrat e pedagog\u00ebve ,titullarit t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs, masa e frekuentimit t\u00eb detyruar dhe shlyerjes p\u00ebr mungesat n\u00eb leksione, seminare apo laboratore, m\u00ebnyra e vler\u00ebsimit me shkrim, me goj\u00eb apo e kombinuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebt si dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb disiplina nuk p\u00ebrputhet numri i leksioneve me temat e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve.<br \/>7. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, M.Sc. n\u00eb \u201cMjek\u00ebsi\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb paraqiten bashk\u00ebpunime me Institucione t\u00eb tjera dhe me spitale p\u00ebr kryerjen e praktik\u00ebs profesionale.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb paraqiten 2 syllabuset e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve me zgjedhje (\u201cMetodat e k\u00ebrkimit shkencor\u201d dhe \u201cBiofizik\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore\u201d).<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet personeli akademik i paraqitur me k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb mbulohen t\u00eb gjith\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt me personelin akademik sipas kualifikimit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rishikohen syllabuset ku paraqitet si literatur\u00eb baz\u00eb \u201cleksione t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitura nga pedagogu\u201d dhe nuk paraqitet literatur\u00eb alternative.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb parashikohen kritere p\u00ebrzgjedh\u00ebse p\u00ebr student\u00ebt.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet programi i studimit me personel akademik dhe p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt kryesore ata t\u00eb jen\u00eb me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen syllabuset me literatur\u00eb sa m\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen syllabuset me tema n\u00eb kushtet aktuale.<br \/>8.
