P\u00ebrmbajtja e dosjes me dokumentacionin p\u00ebr hapjen e Fakultetit t\u00eb Sh\u00ebndetit Publik, p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv.<br \/>2. Riorganizimi i Programit t\u00eb Studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cInfermieri i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb realizohet nj\u00eb ndarje e mir\u00eb e krediteve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019u jepet r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e duhur l\u00ebnd\u00ebve me objektivat specifike p\u00ebr programin e studimit.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb kryhet nj\u00eb ndarje e krediteve ECTS nga 60 p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit akademik.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb paraqitet plani m\u00ebsimor i detajuar n\u00eb kredite, vite studimi, or\u00eb m\u00ebsimore brenda dhe jasht\u00eb auditorit, or\u00eb m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb \u00e7do vit dhe n\u00eb jav\u00eb m\u00ebsimore.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen kushtet e rregullores m\u00ebsimore me at\u00eb \u00e7\u2019ka paraqet secili pedagog n\u00eb syllabus si dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen modalitetet e konvertimit t\u00eb krediteve sipas formave t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rekomandohet literatur\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore dhe e huaj si dhe t\u00eb stimulohet studenti p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb programit t\u00eb studimit dhe jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb mbrojtjen e diplom\u00ebs.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet pedagogu me l\u00ebnd\u00ebt ku referohet si lektor.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet em\u00ebrtimi sipas legjislacionit n\u00eb fuqi.<br \/>3. Riorganizimi i Programit t\u00eb Studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cInfermieri Mami\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rivler\u00ebsohet shp\u00ebrndarja e krediteve sipas viteve dhe sipas disiplinave, duke theksuar ato t\u00eb fush\u00ebs specifike.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rivendoset raporti midis leksioneve dhe seminar\u00ebve.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb ndahet l\u00ebnda shkencore nga Infermieristika e saj, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb pasuria n\u00eb marrjen e dijeve t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e gjer\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rip\u00ebrmblidhen tematika e syllabuseve, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb theksin tek njohurit\u00eb baz\u00eb dhe jo tek st\u00ebrhollimet e panevojshme.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rishikohet niveli dhe specialiteti i lektor\u00ebve n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me specifik\u00ebn e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb pasqyrohet literatura mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse vendase dhe e huaj, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb shkohet drejt unifikimit t\u00eb njohurive baz\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sistemin arsimor t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<br \/>4. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, M.Sc. n\u00eb \u201cShkenca Infermierore\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7 Program i studimit nuk ofron njohuri t\u00eb thelluara n\u00eb shkencat infermierore.<br \/>\u00b7 Ndarja e disiplinave sipas aktiviteteve formuese \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb arbitrare pa pasur parasysh formimin e thelluar t\u00eb student\u00ebve n\u00eb shkencat infermierore dhe n\u00eb program nuk ka asnj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb i takon profesionit t\u00eb infermierit.<br \/>\u00b7 Ka l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb cilat nuk jan\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtashme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb PS; p.sh Gjenetik\u00eb Pullatash dhe Legjislacion.<br \/>\u00b7 Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb parashikuar praktik\u00eb m\u00ebsimore ose profesionale.<br \/>\u00b7 Ndarja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve n\u00eb leksione dhe seminare \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebnyr\u00eb arbitrare dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi.<br \/>\u00b7 Shumica e syllabuseve nuk kan\u00eb literatur\u00eb ndihm\u00ebse dhe literatura e pasqyruar e krahasuar me ngarkes\u00ebn m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb auditor dhe jasht\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb e mang\u00ebt dhe e pamjaftueshme.<br \/>\u00b7 Ky program studimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i krahasuesh\u00ebm me programe t\u00eb ngjashme br\u00ebnda dhe jasht\u00eb v\u00ebndit dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk t\u00eb ofron mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebri akademike.<br \/>5.
