M\u00cbSUESI P\u00cbR ARSIMIN E MES\u00cbM T\u00cb LART\u00cb N\u00cb GJEOGRAFI<\/strong><br \/>K\u00ebshilli i Akreditimit, pasi shqyrtoi propozimin p\u00ebr hapjen e Fakultetit t\u00eb Shkencave Humane t\u00eb Zbatuara dhe Edukimit si dhe p\u00ebr hapjen e Programeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb studimit, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga Shkolla e Lart\u00eb Private \u201cJusticia\u201d, bazuar n\u00eb raportet e vler\u00ebsimit teknik dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje, raportimin e Agjencis\u00eb Publike t\u00eb Akreditimit t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsimit dhe respektimin e kritereve, bazuar n\u00eb standardet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, arrin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim se:<br \/>1. Organizimi i Fakultetit t\u00eb Shkencave Humane t\u00eb Zbatuara dhe Edukimit, p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv.<br \/>2. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, B.Sc. n\u00eb \u201cStudime p\u00ebr zhvillim human dhe familjen\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb paraqitet personeli akademik n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt \u201cShkatht\u00ebsi Komunikimi\/Sjellje Organizative\u201d; \u201cTeori personaliteti\u201d dhe \u201c Teknologji m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnie\/Informatik\u00eb\u201d, etj.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb evitohet njehsimi identik midis or\u00ebve t\u00eb seminareve apo ushtrimeve me or\u00ebt e leksioneve.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rishikohet literatura n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb evitohen p\u00ebrkthimet jo t\u00eb mira n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe; t\u00eb paraqitet me nj\u00eb rend hierarkik t\u00eb konceptit dhe kronologji\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paraqitet e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb literatur\u00eb baz\u00eb dhe literatur\u00eb ndihm\u00ebse.<br \/>\u00b7 Literatura e paraqitur p\u00ebr or\u00ebt e seminareve duhet t\u00eb ilustroj\u00eb konkretisht leksionet.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb evitohen mbivendosjet n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb si p.sh \u201cPrind\u00ebrimi\u2019, \u201cDinamikat nd\u00ebrpersonale t\u00eb familjes\u201d, \u201cPolitikat e zhvillimit human\u201d e tjer\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb vendosen lektor\u00eb brenda fush\u00ebs se tyre t\u00eb ekspertiz\u00ebs.<br \/>3. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, MP n\u00eb \u201cM\u00ebsuesi p\u00ebr Arsimin e Mes\u00ebm t\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Sociologji dhe Shkencat Sociale\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentat e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm:<br \/>\u00b7 Programi nuk jep mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb identifikohet qart\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb kapacitetesh humane form\u00ebson.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs k\u00ebta t\u00eb diplomuar nuk mund t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se cil\u00ebt konkurojn\u00eb dhe cila \u00ebsht\u00eb fusha e tyre e specializimit, duke qen\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb i profilizuar n\u00eb sociologji dhe shkencat sociale.<br \/>\u00b7 Ekzistojn\u00eb nj\u00eb miks l\u00ebnd\u00ebsh q\u00eb nuk kuptohet se \u00e7far\u00eb form\u00ebsojn\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7 Nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar fushat nga t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb pranohen student\u00ebt.<br \/>\u00b7 I gjith\u00eb fokusi dhe misioni dhe domosdoshm\u00ebrisht k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr secilin profil.<br \/>4. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, MP n\u00eb \u201cM\u00ebsuesi p\u00ebr Arsimin e Mes\u00ebm t\u00eb Lart\u00eb n\u00eb Gjeografi\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentat e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm:<br \/>\u00b7 Nuk p\u00ebrputhen t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr form\u00ebn e studimit q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb ky program studimi.<br \/>\u00b7 Praktika \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb kategorin\u00eb D (me zgjedhje) dhe tema e diplom\u00ebs n\u00eb kategorin\u00eb E.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor nuk jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e ndara sipas moduleve.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor nuk jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ndara kreditet dhe or\u00ebt m\u00ebsimore sipas l\u00ebnd\u00ebve.<br \/>\u00b7 Masa e detyruar e frekuentimit t\u00eb aktiviteteve n\u00eb auditor ka luhatje nga kriteri (70 % kundrejt kriterit 80%).<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha syllabuset mungojn\u00eb detyrimet e studentit p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebn.<br \/>\u00b7 Kreditet e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve dhe or\u00ebt p\u00ebr leksionet dhe seminaret t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor, t\u00eb paraqitur si shtojc\u00eb n\u00eb propozimin, p\u00ebr hapjen e programit, ndryshojn\u00eb me ato t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor t\u00eb paraqitur m\u00eb vete.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb syllabusin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs \u201cZhvillimi dhe t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebt\u201d emri i pedagogut p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me at\u00eb n\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt si \u201cZhvillimi dhe t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebt\u201d; \u201cKurrikula shkollore\u201d; \u201cProblematika dhe politika mjedisore\u201d dhe \u201cMetodat bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjeografis\u00eb\u201d, literatura mungon ose nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb literatur\u00eb e detyruar dhe ndihm\u00ebse.<br \/>5.
