T\u00eb prezantohet dhe t\u00eb dokumentohet puna e sistemit t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb. P\u00ebrdorimi i pyet\u00ebsor\u00ebve (vler\u00ebsimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve nga student\u00ebt) mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb konsistente. Duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen mekanizma t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb reagimeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb patur nj\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb. <br \/>2. Aktivitetet e k\u00ebrkimore t\u00eb kryera nga vet\u00eb stafi me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet dhe t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, n\u00eb hulumtime nuk duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen vet\u00ebm botime n\u00eb nj\u00eb reviste, por edhe aktivitete k\u00ebrkimore reale nga vet\u00eb institucioni.<br \/>3. Cil\u00ebsia dhe vlera akademike e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies n\u00eb ciklin e par\u00eb t\u00eb studimeve &#8211; tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb i madh n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb me programet e m\u00ebparshme &#8211; dhe burimet e personelit p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb konsoliduara p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen ciklet e m\u00ebtejshme t\u00eb studimit. <br \/>4. Burimet e biblotek\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen, zgjerohen dhe p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimit shkencor. <br \/>5. Duhet t\u00eb forcohet bashk\u00ebpunimi me partner\u00ebt t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jasht\u00eb fondacionit.<br \/>6. Pajisjet laboratorike duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsohen vazhdimisht, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebrkesat reale industriale. <br \/>7. T\u00eb vendoset nj\u00eb zyr\u00eb karriere dhe sh\u00ebrbimesh p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen sistematike t\u00eb student\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndikuar n\u00eb rritjen e numrit t\u00eb pranimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve. <\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr programin e studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cMenaxhim Turizmi\u201d<br \/>1. T\u00eb punohet p\u00ebr thithjen e nj\u00eb kontigjenti t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm student\u00ebsh p\u00ebr realizimin me sukses t\u00eb programit.<br \/>2. T\u00eb rritet numri i pedagog\u00ebve me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe t\u00eb krijohen strukturat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse universitare si departmentet, qendra e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, zyra e karrier\u00ebs, etj.<br \/>3. T\u00eb punohet p\u00ebr hartimin e nj\u00eb metodologjie t\u00eb shkruar p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimin e ecuris\u00eb s\u00eb programit t\u00eb studimit.<br \/>4. T\u00eb punohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e metodave t\u00eb t\u00ebrthorta t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e organizuar t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb programeve nga vet student\u00ebt.<br \/>5. Te rritet kapaciteti i sh\u00ebrbimeve ndihm\u00ebse.<br \/>6. T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen regjistrat dhe t\u00eb instalohet nj\u00eb program p\u00ebr mbajtjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb sekretari.<br \/>7. T\u00eb punohet p\u00ebr rritjen e vizibilitetit t\u00eb Institucionit n\u00eb tregun p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00ebrheqjen e student\u00ebve me cil\u00ebsor\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr krijimin e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr rivendosjen e kritereve p\u00ebrzgjedh\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr programin e studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cTeknik i Lart\u00eb Laboratoresh Mjek\u00ebsore\u201d<br \/>1. T\u00eb vendoset sa m\u00eb shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb funksion bibloteka p\u00ebr student\u00ebt. <br \/>2. T\u00eb rritet numri i student\u00ebve me tema p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e diplom\u00ebs.<br \/>3. T\u00eb punohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr kontrata bashk\u00ebpunimi me Institucione publike t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Larte si QSU \u201cN\u00ebn\u00eb Tereza\u201d dhe spitali jo publik \u201cHygea\u201d, i cili ka volum pune e teknologji bashk\u00ebkohore ekzaminimesh laboratorike. <br \/>4. T\u00eb rregullohet rregjistri themelor duke u mbyllur me vij\u00eb t\u00eb kuqe dhe num\u00ebr rendor. <br \/>5.
