IAL duhet t\u00eb jap t\u00eb sakt\u00eb angazhimin e pedagog\u00ebve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm dhe efektiv\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb kriterin 2 t\u00eb Standardit III.1.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat n\u00eb lidhje me stafin administrativ.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb rishikohet angazhimi i titullar\u00ebve t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb pedagog\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb grad\u00ebn shkencore Doktor.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb reflektohen n\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor ndryshime p\u00ebr or\u00ebt n\u00eb auditor p\u00ebr tem\u00ebn e diplom\u00ebs dhe veprimtarit\u00eb formuese mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb Udh\u00ebzimin 15 MASH\/2008, shtojca 1, pika 5.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat n\u00eb lidhje me standardin\u00a0 V.2 (Institucioni v\u00eb n\u00eb dispozicion t\u00eb student\u00ebve laborator\u00eb dhe mjedise t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme m\u00ebsimore dhe p\u00ebr formimin praktik).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cMenaxhim\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv, me sugjerimet e m\u00ebposhtme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P\u00ebr programet e studimit \u2019Bsc Biznes\u201d dhe \u201dBsc Menaxhim\u201d mund t\u00eb ofrohet si deg\u00eb Administrim Biznesi (nisur nga fakti se Viti i Par\u00eb akademik \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me profilizime n\u00eb disa fusha pasi t\u00eb t\u00ebra profilizimet kan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt fjal\u00ebn Administrim Biznesi).<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb propozohet nj\u00eb program studimi n\u00eb Administrim Biznesi me profilizim n\u00eb vitin e dyt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb tret\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat n\u00eb lidhje me stafin akademik.
