Forma me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme n\u00ebse do t\u00eb aplikohet duhet t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb sa dyfishi i asaj me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, pra 2 vjet.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet studimi mbi vler\u00ebsimin e nevojave t\u00eb tregut.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb paraqiten marr\u00ebveshjet e bashk\u00ebpunimeve t\u00eb deklaruara n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb rregullohet raporti nd\u00ebrmjet ngarkes\u00ebs m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb auditor dhe asaj jasht\u00eb auditorit, p\u00ebr ato l\u00ebnd\u00eb ku rezulton se ngarkesa n\u00eb auditor \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe se ajo p\u00ebr pun\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebt\/modulet me zgjedhje me emrin e pedagogut p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb shtohet n\u00eb list\u00ebn e diplomave Bachelor q\u00eb lejohen t\u00eb regjistrohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi edhe diploma Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cGjeoinformatik\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb jepet n\u00eb Fakultetin e Gjeologjis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Minierave t\u00eb UPT-s\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr aktor\u00ebt, subjektet, institucionet apo sip\u00ebrmarrjet si dhe detyrimet reciproke p\u00ebr realizimin e praktikave profesionale.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet raporti personel akademik efektiv dhe personel akademik me kontrat\u00eb, pasi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kriteret p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb shikohet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb \u00e7do pedagog (PAK) titullar l\u00ebnde t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor nga Universiteti i Elbasanit gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndihmonte si n\u00eb kualifikimin e personelit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtij universiteti ashtu edhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin e mungesave t\u00eb paparashikuara.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruhen syllabuset e t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve nga pedagog\u00ebt p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb hiqet termi \u201cdekanat\u201d n\u00eb Rregulloren e Programit t\u00eb studimit, pasi nj\u00eb term i till\u00eb nuk ekziston n\u00eb aktet ligjore e n\u00ebnligjore n\u00eb fuqi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, Master i Shkencave n\u00eb \u201cKontabilitet dhe Auditim\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet e m\u00ebposhtme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nisur nga misioni dhe objektivat e k\u00ebtij programi studimi t\u00eb ballafaquar edhe me planin m\u00ebsimor t\u00eb propozuar, mendojm\u00eb se me list\u00ebn e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve t\u00eb propozuara, em\u00ebrtimi do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb quhej \u201cMaster profesional\u201d se sa \u201cMaster i Shkenc\u00ebs\u201d. Struktura dhe programet e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve, i japin studentit nj\u00eb formim t\u00eb integruar dhe bashk\u00ebkohor por m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb aspektin profesional se sa shkencor. P\u00ebr master t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs, duhej t\u00eb ishte menduar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirjen edhe t\u00eb disiplinave t\u00eb tjera sidomos t\u00eb fush\u00ebs financiare t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr kompletimin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb specialist\u00ebve t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm. Po t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtojm\u00eb \u201cDrejtimin financiar Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u201d q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr masterin profesional, nuk ka asnj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb financiare. Sigurisht, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ndryshohej em\u00ebrtimi duhen kryer edhe rregullime e p\u00ebrshtatje t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb nga afati i studimit, numri i krediteve etj.<\/li>\n<li>Struktura e programit jep m\u00eb shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsimin praktik se sa p\u00ebr studim t\u00eb pavarur, reflektim e analiz\u00eb nga ana e studentit (p\u00ebr konkretizim mjafton t\u00eb shihet psh, programi i \u201cAplikime t\u00eb programeve kompiuterike\u201d q\u00eb shtjellon nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera faturat e blerjes dhe t\u00eb shitjes, magazinat, flet\u00eb doganimet, borderot\u00eb etj.<\/li>\n<li>Aktualisht, institucioni nuk mund t\u2019a p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb realizimin e nj\u00eb masteri t\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb numrit t\u00eb kufizuar t\u00eb pedagog\u00ebve me tituj e grada shkencore (shumica e pedagog\u00ebve q\u00eb parashikohen t\u00eb aktivizohen jan\u00eb me Msc ose \u201ct\u00eb rregjistruar n\u00eb program doktorature\u201d) dhe aq m\u00eb pak \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur kjo me pedagog\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb as Msc por jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm ekspert\u00eb kontab\u00ebl!.<\/li>\n<li>Ka formalizem n\u00eb paraqitjen e programeve n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e sistemit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit q\u00eb duket n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn standarte t\u00eb element\u00ebve t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit dhe n\u00eb pesh\u00ebn e secilit n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin vjetor. Format e vler\u00ebsimit dhe detyrimet e studentit kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb riformulohen n\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatje me ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e secil\u00ebs l\u00ebnd\u00eb\/modul.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebr literatur\u00ebn e rekomanduar n\u00eb syllabuset konstatojm\u00eb se n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme, bashk\u00ebkohore dhe e mundshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar.
