P\u00ebrve\u00e7se nj\u00eb detyrim ligjor, Znj.Bixheku u shpreh se ky sondazh synon t\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00eb opinionin e student\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebrjetimiet e tyre n\u00eb lidhje me Institucionet e Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb publik dhe privat n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ku ata studiojn\u00eb. K\u00ebto vler\u00ebsime nga student\u00ebt, theksoi Znj. Bixheku, do t\u2019ju p\u00ebrcillen organeve politikb\u00ebr\u00ebse, me q\u00ebllimin kryesor p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Arsimin e Lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjithashtu, Znj. Bixheku dha n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur nj\u00eb informacion rreth \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve dhe element\u00ebve sensitiv kryesor q\u00eb p\u00ebrman ky sondazh rreth t\u00eb cilave student\u00ebt mund t\u00eb shprehen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb absolutisht konfidenciale dhe siguroi q\u00eb z\u00ebri i tyre do t\u00eb shkoj me p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri e seriozitet aty ku duhet. Sondazhi \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs; student\u00ebt kan\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e nevojshme t\u00eb shprehin t\u00eb gjitha perceptimet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Duke p\u00ebrfituar nga rasti, Znj.
