Roli dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb kryesore t\u00eb ASCAL kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb funksionin e nj\u00eb k\u00ebshilluesi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, duke dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetjen e k\u00ebrkuar nga institucionet e p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb projekt.
