Programet duhej t\u00eb<br \/>p\u00ebrcaktonin numrin e tyre p\u00ebr \u00e7do disiplin\u00eb, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e realizimit dhe pik\u00ebt e<br \/>mundshme q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitohen. Kjo mendoj se e c\u00ebnon duksh\u00ebm mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr studim t\u00eb<br \/>mjaftueshme t\u00eb pavarur, p\u00ebr reflektim e analiz\u00eb nga ana e studentit.<br \/>\u00a0N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb tregu potencial i pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb diplomuarit e k\u00ebtij programi t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe<br \/>fusha e financave si\u00e7 pretendohet, disiplinat financiare duhet t\u00eb zen\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb<br \/>vend. Duke e vler\u00ebsuar t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje d\u00ebshiroj t\u00eb risjell n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e<br \/>vendimmarr\u00ebse se, nisur nga p\u00ebrvoja m\u00eb e mir\u00eb (nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe vendase)<br \/>mendoj se shp\u00ebrndarja e ECTS \u2013 ve sipas l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve duhej t\u00eb ishte edhe m\u00eb<br \/>mir\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu psh, vihet re se, nd\u00ebrsa l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e kontabilitetit e analiz\u00ebs kan\u00eb gjithsej<br \/>40 ECTS, l\u00ebnd\u00ebt formuese n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e financave e t\u00eb bankave kan\u00eb gjithsej 24 ECTS!<br \/>Mendoj se duhej t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb raport m\u00eb t\u00eb barazpeshuar nd\u00ebrmjet dy grupeve t\u00eb<br \/>l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb sepcialistit t\u00eb financ\u00eb kontabilitetit ku em\u00ebrtimi \u201cfinanc\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb i pari<br \/>sipas k\u00ebtij programi. Ndryshe duhej t\u00eb pranonim se p\u00ebrgatitet vet\u00ebm specialist\u00eb<br \/>kontabiliteti me formim t\u00eb kufizuar financiar e bankar! (Edhe disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb fush\u00ebs<br \/>financiare t\u00eb nevojshme jan\u00eb parashikuar si l\u00ebnd\u00eb me zgjedhje (Drejtim Portofoli,<br \/>Bazat e Financave Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare)! N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr besoj se ka vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb<br \/>mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshirjes n\u00eb program edhe t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb disipline tjet\u00ebr si \u201cTregjet dhe<br \/>institucionet financiare\u201c q\u00eb mendoj se ka vlera p\u00ebr formimin e specialist\u00ebve t\u00eb<br \/>financ\u00eb \u2013 kontabilitetit.<br \/>\u00a0P\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt me zgjedhje mendoj se disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb duhej t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb pesh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb<br \/>r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme (edhe nga pik\u00ebpamja e krediteve) sidomos ato q\u00eb formojn\u00eb nga<br \/>pik\u00ebpamja e specialitetit (psh, nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb me zgjedhje p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb<br \/>specialitet l\u00ebnd\u00ebt \u201eDrejtimi i portofolit\u201c dhe \u201eBazat e financave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201c (m\u00eb<br \/>sakt duhej quajtur\u201cDrejtimi financiar Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u201c).<br \/>\u00a0P\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt me zgjedhje t\u00eb semestrit 1, 2, 3 dhe 4, alternativat e paraqitura nuk jan\u00eb<br \/>t\u00eb arsyeshme. Psh, gjuh\u00ebs greke mund t\u2019i vihej si alternativ\u00eb italishtja apo nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb<br \/>tjet\u00ebr por jo \u201cKomunikimi n\u00eb biznes\u201d!! apo \u201cAdministrimi Publik\u201d. K\u00ebto t\u00eb fundit<br \/>mund t\u00eb konkurronin me njeratjetr\u00ebn por jo me gjuh\u00ebn greke!<br \/>L\u00ebnda \u201cKontabiliteti praktik\u201d, nuk m\u00eb duket nj\u00eb gjetje e p\u00ebrshtatshme. Njohurit\u00eb<br \/>baz\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebto probleme (dokumentacioni &#8230;!) mund t\u00eb jepeshin n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn \u201cParimet<br \/>baz\u00eb t\u00eb kontabilitetit\u201d e cila, sipas k\u00ebtij programi, parashikohet t\u2019i paraprij\u00eb dhe t\u00eb<br \/>shtjelloj\u00eb nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera edhe sistemin e rregjistrimit dhe t\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb<br \/>mbeteshin shum\u00eb pa kuptim n\u00ebse nuk do jepeshin edhe dokumentacioni i<br \/>nevojsh\u00ebm!<br \/>\u00a0N\u00eb lidhje me personelin akademik mendoj:<br \/>a. n\u00eb disa raste fusha akademike apo fusha e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e pedagogut nuk p\u00ebrputhet me<br \/>l\u00ebnd\u00ebn e zgjedhur p\u00ebr t\u2019a zhvilluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb cil\u00ebsore. K\u00ebto pap\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebri<br \/>mund t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcehet. Disa shembuj:<br \/>pedagogu q\u00eb parashikohet t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn \u201cManaxhimi i sh\u00ebrbimeve<br \/>turistike\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb sociolog!<br \/>\u00a0pedagogu q\u00eb parashikohet t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn \u201cFinancat publike\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb tep\u00ebr i<br \/>specializuar e i kualifikuar p\u00ebr t\u2019a zhvilluar at\u00eb por, \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb fush\u00ebs s\u00eb tij<br \/>kur p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebn \u201cMarr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie publike\u201d!<br \/>\u00a0l\u00ebnd\u00ebt \u201cBazat e financ\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cAdministrimi publik\u201d dhe \u201cBazat e financave<br \/>nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d jan\u00eb fusha krejt t\u00eb ndryshme p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballuar nga i njejti<br \/>pedagog<br \/>\uf0a7 n\u00eb material parashikohen pes\u00eb pedagog\u00eb (me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme!) q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb 3<br \/>l\u00ebnd\u00eb! Kjo le vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar se aktivizimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb projektuar vet\u00ebm<br \/>formalisht. Mendoj se autoriteti p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb verifikoj\u00eb kontratat e<br \/>pun\u00ebsimit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb raportin nd\u00ebrmjet<br \/>pedagog\u00ebve me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe atyre me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme (nga lista e<br \/>personelit akademik t\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb material nuk kuptohet asgj\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me<br \/>k\u00ebt\u00eb). Edhe aplikuesi duhet t\u00eb kryej rregullimet e nevojshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<br \/>b. n\u00eb material parashikohen pes\u00eb pedagog\u00eb (me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme!) q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb 3<br \/>l\u00ebnd\u00eb! Kjo le vend p\u00ebr t\u00eb menduar se aktivizimi i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb projektuar vet\u00ebm<br \/>formalisht. Mendoj se autoriteti p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb verifikoj\u00eb kontratat e pun\u00ebsimit.<br \/>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb raportin nd\u00ebrmjet pedagog\u00ebve me koh\u00eb<br \/>t\u00eb plot\u00eb dhe atyre me koh\u00eb t\u00eb pjesshme (nga lista e personelit akademik t\u00eb<br \/>paraqitur n\u00eb material nuk kuptohet asgj\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb). Edhe aplikuesi duhet<br \/>t\u00eb kryej rregullimet e nevojshme p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. <br \/>Nga v\u00ebshtrimi i sylabuseve konstatohet se n\u00eb disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb mungon literatura baz\u00eb<br \/>(p\u00ebrjashtuar leksionet e pedagogut) kurse n\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjera ka tituj t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer por<br \/>mungojne te dhena orientuese p\u00ebr shtepi botuese, vit botimi etj.<br \/>2. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, Bsc n\u00eb \u201cMenaxhim Biznesi\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush<br \/>standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas<br \/>plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jepet vler\u00ebsimi pozitiv.<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>\u00b7 Ka l\u00ebnd\u00eb si psh. Kontabilitet i Drejtimit, Drejtim marketingu, etj q\u00eb dalin p\u00ebrtej<br \/>nevoj\u00ebs se formimit te nje specialisti 3-vje\u00e7ar.<br \/>\u00b7 Programi m\u00ebsimor do t\u00eb zbatohet nga nj\u00eb staf pedagogjik, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin nuk<br \/>gjej t\u00eb dh\u00ebna fushat akademike t\u00eb specializimit. Angazhimi i stafit akademik n\u00eb<br \/>disa disiplina t\u00eb fushave jo medoemos t\u00eb lidhura (1 pedagog mbulon deri ne 6 l\u00ebnd\u00eb)<br \/>t\u00eb krijon nj\u00eb ndjesi fiktiviteti.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb disa plan programe t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve, Temat teorike dhe praktike t\u00eb paraqitura, jane<br \/>dhene ne menyre te shkurter, gje qe nuk lejon te gjykohet sa thelle do te shkohet ne<br \/>konceptet e perfshira. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjera temat teorike dhe praktike nuk<br \/>p\u00ebrputhen plot\u00ebsisht me em\u00ebrtimin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs. Pra duhet t\u00eb rishihen p\u00ebrmbajtjet e<br \/>syllabuseve .<br \/>3.
