Ky mekaniz\u00ebm duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfishj\u00eb edhe trajnimin e stafeve. P\u00ebrb\u00ebrja e grupit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb formohet edhe nga student\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebt me literatur\u00eb t\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit, n\u00eb shqip dhe n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb huaj.<br \/>\u00b7Em\u00ebrtimi l\u00ebnd\u00ebve duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si n\u00eb syllabus edhe n\u00eb Planin M\u00ebsimor. Syllabuset t\u00eb ken\u00eb nj\u00eb format standard p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha disiplinat. T\u00eb realizohet nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarje m\u00eb e mir\u00eb e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve, sidomos p\u00ebr vitin e tret\u00eb. T\u00eb shmanget fakti q\u00eb nj\u00eb pedagog t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tri l\u00ebnd\u00eb si\u00e7 paraqitet n\u00eb disa raste.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb realizohet krijimi i K\u00ebshilli Shkencor t\u00eb lidhur me Departamentin e Shkencave t\u00eb Komunikimit. Ai t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga persona me tituj dhe grada dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje t\u00eb tij t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsim nga student\u00ebt.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb rregullohet
