P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, Bsc n\u00eb \u201cTeknologji Informacioni dhe komunikimi (TIK)\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet pjesa prezantuese e materialit, t\u00eb paraqitur nga rektori i Universitetit, ku b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitje t\u00eb nj\u00eb Inxhinieri TIK (shih pik\u00ebn 2), me njohurit\u00eb e marra n\u00eb nj\u00eb program studimi BACHELOR, program ku i ciklit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb studimit.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb parashikohen n\u00eb Planin M\u00ebsimor dhe n\u00eb programet e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve Detyra e Projekte Kursi, t\u00eb cilat mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb e konkretizojn\u00eb studim nj\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur, reflektim e analiz\u00eb nga ana e studentit.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb rregullohet m\u00ebnyra e kontrollit t\u00eb dijeve t\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb me 13 kredite vet\u00ebm me nj\u00eb provim p\u00ebrfundimtar.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e \u201cTabel\u00ebs s\u00eb krediteve p\u00ebr veprimtarin\u00eb e programit m\u00ebsimor Bachelor n\u00eb TIKN\u201d dhe planit m\u00ebsimor p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebn \u201cKIMI\u201d.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb shikohet angazhimi i personelit akademik t\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb \u201cList\u00ebn e pedagog\u00ebve t\u00eb Universitetit VITRINA, Fakulteti i Inxhinieris\u00eb\u201d dhe t\u00eb jepet qart\u00eb statusi i tyre.<br \/>\u00b7Ka njw num\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebsh, programet e t\u00eb cilave mund t\u00eb konsiderohen si programe t\u00eb shkurtuara, por kurrsesi programe m\u00ebsimore l\u00ebnd\u00ebsh.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb paraqiten emrat e pedagog\u00ebve p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha programet e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve me zgjedhje.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb rregullohet literatura n\u00eb disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb, pasi literatura e vendosur duket e vjet\u00ebruar.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb paraqiten t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunime me institucione t\u00eb tjera, brenda ose jasht\u00eb vendit, duke qen\u00eb se n\u00eb materialin e paraqitur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr personel akademik (vendas dhe t\u00eb huaj).<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb qart\u00ebsohet tregu potencial i pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb diplomuarit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Program Studimi, sipas materialit t\u00eb paraqitur.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb qart\u00ebsohet, referenca ligjore p\u00ebr hapjen e Programit t\u00eb Studimit, pasi p\u00ebrmendet Udh\u00ebzimi i MASH \u201cP\u00ebr hapjen, mbylljen dhe riorganizimin e programeve t\u00eb studimit Master t\u00eb Nivelit t\u00eb Par\u00eb dhe t\u00eb Dyt\u00eb\u201d, \u00e7ka nuk ka lidhje me Programin e Studimit Bachelor t\u00eb propozuar.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb qart\u00ebsohet, n\u00ebse diploma do t\u00eb mbrohet me provim formimi\\punim diplome me udheh\u00ebqje p\u00ebr diplomat Bachelor.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb paraqiten t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr tem\u00ebn e diplom\u00ebs, si p\u00ebrgatitet, \u00e7far\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb, si mbrohet, kush merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Komisionin e Mbrojtjes, etj.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb paraqitet modeli i diplom\u00ebs dhe modeli i suplementit t\u00eb diplom\u00ebs.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb paraqiten t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr praktiken m\u00ebsimore, ku do t\u00eb zhvillohet, si do t\u00eb zhvillohet, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb cilave l\u00ebnd\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohet, cili \u00ebsht\u00eb programi i praktik\u00ebs m\u00ebsimore, etj.<br \/>2. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Studimit, Bsc n\u00eb \u201cGazetari &#8211; Komunikim\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentat:<br \/>\u00b7Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb kurrikul miks, pa bosht t\u00eb qart\u00eb dhe kohorent t\u00eb medias e t\u00eb komunikimit. Duket m\u00eb tep\u00ebr si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr bashkim l\u00ebnd\u00ebsh nga fushat humane.<br \/>\u00b7Objektivi t\u00eb riformulohet, duke theksuar po ashtu qart\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb synohet me p\u00ebrgatitjen e student\u00ebve.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb merret n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb tregu i sot\u00ebm mediatik.<br \/>\u00b7T\u00eb merren n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb mediat e reja si prirje aktuale dhe t\u00eb shihet mund\u00ebsia e profileve t\u00eb qarta t\u00eb student\u00ebve, q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb treg tashm\u00eb t\u00eb konsoliduar nga ana e stafeve profesionale.<br \/>\u00b7Literatura \u00ebsht\u00eb jo e plot\u00eb, jo e p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar dhe jo e bazuar n\u00eb botime t\u00eb reja.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk ka nj\u00eb ndarje logjike t\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs.<br \/>\u00b7Modulet bashkojn\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb m\u00eb vete, ose n\u00eb modulet t\u00eb tjera.<br \/>4. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Studimit, Bsc n\u00eb \u201cSociologji\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7Plani M\u00ebsimor ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb rivler\u00ebsohet, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb i ngarkuar m\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb panevojshme nga Psikologjia.<br \/>\u00b7Misioni, objektivat kan\u00eb gjithashtu nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb riformulohen.<br \/>\u00b7Duhet hulumtuar m\u00eb tej n\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e pun\u00ebsimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb plani m\u00ebsimor t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjet k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb tregut p\u00ebr formimin e student\u00ebve.<br \/>6. P\u00ebrmbajtjet e Programeve t\u00eb reja t\u00eb Studimit, Bsc n\u00eb \u201cM\u00ebsues i Arsimit Parashkollor\u201d dhe Bsc n\u00eb \u201cM\u00ebsues i Ciklit t\u00eb Ul\u00ebt\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbushin standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jepet vler\u00ebsimi Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7Tregu i pun\u00ebs sipas Rregullores s\u00eb Programit t\u00eb Studimit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb i qart\u00eb, por thuhet sipas studimit t\u00eb kryera nga kompania dhe nuk paraqitet asnj\u00eb informacion mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb studim p\u00ebr t\u00eb argumentuar nevojat q\u00eb ka vendi p\u00ebr specialist\u00eb t\u00eb kualifikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk paraqitet n\u00eb rregullore perspektiva e student\u00ebve q\u00eb mbarojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi, vazhdimi i studimeve n\u00eb nj\u00eb master profesional apo shkencor.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk b\u00ebhet shp\u00ebrndarja e krediteve n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me udh\u00ebzimin e MASH.<br \/>\u00b7Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e syllabuseve, si p.sh temat e kursit nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb paraqitura me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin standart, literatura baz\u00eb e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur etj.<br \/>\u00b7Institucioni nuk ka paraqitur nj\u00eb program t\u00eb detajuar t\u00eb aktiviteteve q\u00eb do t\u00eb zhvillohen n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb praktik\u00ebs m\u00ebsimore, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e ogranizimit, institucionet ku do t\u00eb zhvillohet kjo praktik\u00eb, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit, m\u00ebsuesit mentor\u00eb, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve, etj. Gjithashtu nuk jan\u00eb paraqitur kontratat e lidhura me institucionet ku do t\u00eb zhvillohet kjo praktik\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk jepet informacion p\u00ebr pedagog\u00ebt p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr programin: fusha e studimit t\u00eb tyre, i brendsh\u00ebm apo jo.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb siduhet em\u00ebrtimi i kurseve sipas tipit t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7N\u00eb rregulloren e programit t\u00eb studimit nuk paraqitet m\u00ebnyra se si do t\u00eb organizohet punimi, dor\u00ebzimi, mbrojtja dhe vler\u00ebsimi i diplom\u00ebs.<br \/>7. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Studimit, Bsc n\u00eb \u201cGjuh\u00eb Angleze\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7Materiali duhet rishkruar nga fillimi, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shqipe t\u00eb pakuptueshme, me gabime t\u00eb theksuara logjike, sintaksore dhe ortografike.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk ofron bashk\u00ebpunim me institucione t\u00eb tjera me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur lista e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb e pedagog\u00eb t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm q\u00eb do t\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse si dhe p\u00ebrqindja e raportit t\u00eb pedagog\u00ebve t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm.<br \/>\u00b7Ky program studimi synon q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyes nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb programi studimi tre vje\u00e7ar, Bachelor.<br \/>\u00b7programet e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve jan\u00eb t\u00eb cunguar dhe nuk jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me Udh\u00ebzimet e K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Akreditimit.<br \/>\u00b7Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb respektuar p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve sipas p\u00ebrparimit nga e lehta tek e v\u00ebshtira.<br \/>8. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Studimit, Bsc n\u00eb \u201cInfermieri\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentet:<br \/>\u00b7Materiali i paraqitur nuk ka t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar qart\u00eb misionin, objektivat dhe tregun e pritsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr student\u00ebt q\u00eb do t\u00eb diplomohen.<br \/>\u00b7Programi m\u00ebsimor nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb sipas veprimtaris\u00eb q\u00eb z\u00eb l\u00ebnda n\u00eb formimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb student\u00ebve.<br \/>\u00b7Strukturimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve dhe moduleve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i organizuar qart\u00eb dhe me profesionaliz\u00ebm. Emrat e disa l\u00ebnd\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jo koherente me gjuh\u00ebn q\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret r\u00ebndom n\u00eb Fakultetet e Infermieris\u00eb q\u00eb aktualisht operojn\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebndin ton\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7Programi i paraqitur ka p\u00ebrs\u00ebritje te l\u00ebnd\u00ebve.<br \/>\u00b7Gjithashtu kemi 7 l\u00ebnd\u00eb me em\u00ebrtime te ndryshme q\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb psikologji t\u00eb niveleve te ndryshme, si psikologji e pergjithshme, klinike, zhvillimi, sociale e pun\u00ebs dhe pedagogji e p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe didaktik\u00eb dhe pedagogji speciale (duke u nisur nga temat e p\u00ebrshkruara n\u00eb syllabuse trajtojn\u00eb probleme psiokologjike.<br \/>\u00b7Programi i studimit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb sipas formave t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb specifikuara or\u00ebt n\u00eb auditor dhe jasht\u00eb tij. Programi i paraqitur kufizon mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebris\u00eb akademike.<br \/>\u00b7Literatura jepet p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb modulin jo e ndar\u00eb sipas l\u00ebnd\u00ebve dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrcaktuar qart\u00eb literatur\u00eb e detyruar dhe ajo ndihm\u00ebse.
