INFERMIERI<\/strong><br \/>K\u00ebshilli i Akreditimit, pasi shqyrtoi propozimet p\u00ebr Programet e Reja t\u00eb Studimit, Bachelor, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara nga Shkolla e Lart\u00eb Private \u201cTalenti\u201d, bazuar n\u00eb raportet e vler\u00ebsimit teknik dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje, raportimin e Agjencis\u00eb Publike t\u00eb Akreditimit t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsimit dhe respektimin e kritereve, bazuar n\u00eb standardet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, arrin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim se:<br \/>1. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cMenaxhim\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv, me sugjerimet: T\u00eb realizohet modularizimi q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin semestra t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb numri i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb planifikuara ka hap\u00ebsira; T\u00eb rregullohen mosp\u00ebrputhjet n\u00eb or\u00eb\/ECTS n\u00eb syllabuset p\u00ebrkundrejt planit m\u00ebsimor n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt \u201cParimet e menaxhimit\u201d dhe \u201cKontabiliteti financiar\u201d; T\u00eb sakt\u00ebsohet dhe t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet l\u00ebnda e \u201cAnglishtes\u201d si l\u00ebnd\u00eb me zgjedhje.<br \/>2. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cFinanc\u00eb\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsim p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<br \/>T\u00eb paraqiten kontratat apo marr\u00ebveshjet me institucione t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb AL apo me institucione t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb pretenduara.<br \/>T\u00eb shtohet pesha e disiplinave financiare meqen\u00ebse ky PS \u00ebsht\u00eb Bachelor n\u00eb financ\u00eb si psh: \u201cDrejtimi financiar nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u201d, \u201cTeknika bankare\u201d duke hequr ndonj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq pran\u00eb specialitetit si psh: \u201cSociologji\u201d, \u201cBiznes nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u201d apo \u201cMikroekonomi e nd\u00ebrmjetme\u201d. Kjo e fundit duket se mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihej m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb studimeve (ndofta edhe Paraja dhe banka).<br \/>T\u00eb b\u00ebhet m\u00eb shum\u00eb kujdes me terminologjin\u00eb e p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr element\u00ebt e pun\u00ebs praktike pasi n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen e programeve t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve gjenden nj\u00eb larmi em\u00ebrtimesh si: prezantim verbal n\u00eb grup, projekte e detyra, raste studimi, pun\u00eb n\u00eb grup, esse, t\u00eb cilat nuk p\u00ebrmenden m\u00eb sip\u00ebr.<br \/>P\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt kryesore t\u00eb specialitetit si psh: ato t\u00eb kontabilitetit dhe t\u00eb financ\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb vend m\u00eb shum\u00eb detyrat e kursit ku ato jan\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme se sa n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebt: Parimet e marketingut, E drejt\u00eb biznesi, Sociologji, etj.<br \/>T\u00eb korrigjohen nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e programeve t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve pasi n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebrmenden shprehjet: \u201c&#8230;zhvillohet me student\u00ebt e deg\u00ebs financ\u00eb\u201d, apo \u201cstudent\u00ebt e vitit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb fakultetit t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb\u201d.<br \/>T\u00eb paraqiten emrat e pedagog\u00ebve n\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve si psh: Gjuha italiane, Gjuha gjermane, Mikroekonomi e nd\u00ebrmjetme, Bazat e kontabilitetit, Statistik\u00eb, Parimet e marketingut, E drejt\u00eb biznesi, Manaxhim biznesi, Matematik\u00eb financiare, Kontabilitet financiar, Financat publike, Drejtimi financiar, Manaxhimi i burimeve njer\u00ebzore, Etik\u00eb biznesi, Kontabiliteti i Kostos s\u00eb drejtimit, Paraja dhe bankat, Investime, Biznes Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, Komunikimi n\u00eb biznes.<br \/>T\u00eb shihet mund\u00ebsi q\u00eb stafi akademik p\u00ebr Vitin e II dhe t\u00eb III t\u00eb jet\u00eb me kualifikimin e duhur dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me programin e studimit.<br \/>3.
