P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, MP \u201cM\u00ebsuesi p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt Gjuh\u00eb Shqipe e Let\u00ebrsi\u201d p\u00ebrmbush standardet e\u00a0cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv, me sugjerimet:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rregullohen mosp\u00ebrputhjet midis planit m\u00ebsimor dhe syllabusit p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt \u201cHistori e zhvillimit t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb\u201d\u00a0 dhe \u201cDidaktik\u00eb e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe\u201d.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet dosja e programit t\u00eb studimit me t\u00eb dh\u00ebna mbi stafin akademik si dhe t\u00eb korrigjohen element\u00ebt\u00a0e ndonj\u00eb disipline.<br \/>3. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, MP n\u00eb \u201cM\u00ebsuesi p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt Biologji dhe Kimi\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet\u00a0e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentat:<br \/>\u00b7 Plani m\u00ebsimor i paraqitur nuk garanton arsimim dhe trajnim profesional n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me tregun e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb fush\u00ebn\u00a0e biologjis\u00eb dhe kimis\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye se: n\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor, p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt e kimis\u00eb dhe biologjis\u00eb nuk parashikohet asnj\u00eb\u00a0or\u00eb m\u00ebsimore p\u00ebr laboratore apo ushtrime, por vet\u00ebm teori (leksione) dhe seminare.<br \/>\u00b7 Modulet\/l\u00ebnd\u00ebt p\u00ebr biologji dhe kimi, n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb planin me 90 ETCS, kan\u00eb vet\u00ebm 29 ETCS dhe kurrikula e tyre p\u00ebrshkruan tema q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb zhvilluar n\u00eb nivelin e par\u00eb Bachelor.<br \/>\u00b7 Mungojn\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr kriteret dhe kushtet p\u00ebr regjistrimin, p\u00ebrzgjedhjen dhe transferimin e student\u00ebve<br \/>\u00b7 Strukturimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve nuk i pergjigjet objektivave formuese dhe em\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb diplom\u00ebs.<br \/>\u00b7 Plani m\u00ebsimor \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb i plot\u00eb dhe i qart\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ngarkes\u00ebn relative p\u00ebr \u00e7do l\u00ebnd\u00eb, por pa t\u00eb dh\u00ebna\u00a0p\u00ebr programin e studimit, nuk mund t\u00eb gjykohet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebri me programin e studimit.<br \/>\u00b7 Mungojn\u00eb laborator\u00ebt dhe ushtrimet (p\u00ebr modulin biologji dhe kimi), si dhe raporti i ul\u00ebt i ETCS p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt\/modulet\u00a0e specialitetit (biologji-kimi) n\u00eb krahasim me ato formuese, nuk p\u00ebrputhet me praktikat m\u00eb te mira komb\u00ebtare\u00a0dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb aktivitetet formuese n\u00eb auditor ka raporti t\u00eb ul\u00ebt t\u00eb ETCS p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt\/ modulet e specialitetit (biologji-kimi)\u00a0n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 28 ETCS dhe rreth 40 p\u00ebr modulet formuese.<br \/>\u00b7 N\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb moduleve ka mungesa dhe mosp\u00ebrputhje me planin m\u00ebsimor.<br \/>\u00b7 Programet e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe n\u00eb koherenc\u00eb me objektivat formuese dhe ato t\u00eb PS\u00a0n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi, sepse n\u00eb programet e paraqitura (disa mungojn\u00eb) paraqiten tema, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb mos jen\u00eb\u00a0zhvilluar n\u00eb Bachelor.<br \/>\u00b7 Mungojn\u00eb CV e pedagog\u00ebve.<br \/>4.
