FILOZOFI EDUKIMI<\/strong><br \/>K\u00ebshilli i Akreditimit, pasi shqyrtoi propozimet p\u00ebr Programet e Reja t\u00eb Studimit, Doktoratur\u00eb, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara nga Universiteti \u201cFan S. Noli\u201d, Kor\u00e7\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb raportet e vler\u00ebsimit teknik dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje, raportimin e Agjencis\u00eb Publike t\u00eb Akreditimit t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsimit dhe respektimin e kritereve, bazuar n\u00eb standardet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, arrin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim:<br \/>1. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, Doktoratur\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cHortikultur\u00eb e q\u00ebndrueshme\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv me sugjerimet e m\u00ebposhtme:<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohet m\u00eb qart\u00eb misioni i programit t\u00eb studimit t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuesve t\u00eb rinj n\u00eb fush\u00ebn Hortikultur\u00ebs s\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb sakt\u00ebsohen m\u00eb mir\u00eb drejtimet e studimit n\u00eb hortikultur\u00ebn e q\u00ebndrueshme.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb formulohet qart\u00eb platforma e Doktoratur\u00ebs duke theksuar se k\u00ebrkimi do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb\u00a0Hortikultur\u00ebs s\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen n\u00ebnfushat e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb program me ato t\u00eb Hortikultur\u00ebs s\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, pasi ato ngjajn\u00eb\u00a0si tematika t\u00eb titujve t\u00eb\u00a0gazetave apo revistave dhe nuk kan\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt konkret.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb rregullohen mosp\u00ebrputhjet e titujve t\u00eb modulit dhe sillabuseve.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb sakt\u00ebsohet m\u00ebnyra e realizimit t\u00eb thellimit teorik q\u00eb parashikon 60 kredite;<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb paraqiten t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr pranimin e kandidat\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, Doktoratur\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cGjuh\u00ebsi e aplikuar dhe krahasuese\u201d jep vler\u00ebsim\u00a0Negativ pasi ka mang\u00ebsi t\u00eb theksuara, disa prej t\u00eb cilave jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00b7 Misioni i programit t\u00eb studimit nuk paraqitet i sakt\u00eb dhe i plot\u00eb duke patur parasysh q\u00eb objektivi kryesor duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb\u00a0p\u00ebrgatitja e k\u00ebrkuesve t\u00eb rinj n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb aplikuar.<br \/>\u00b7 Programi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin e nj\u00eb projekti k\u00ebrkimor sipas k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb Ligjit t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb VKM.<br \/>\u00b7 L\u00ebnd\u00ebt teorike jan\u00eb t\u00eb cop\u00ebtuara dhe jo n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi unike p\u00ebr nj\u00eb program t\u00eb studimeve doktorale<br \/>\u00b7 Ka mosp\u00ebrputhje midis titullit dhe objektivave; qoft\u00eb atij kryesor, qoft\u00eb objektivave t\u00eb zb\u00ebrthyera n\u00eb vazhdim.<br \/>\u00b7 Platforma e Doktoratur\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e paqart\u00eb dhe jo e plot\u00eb.<br \/>\u00b7 Personeli akademik i brendsh\u00ebm nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i pamjaftuesh\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb pak se 60%.<br \/>\u00b7 Literatura \u00ebsht\u00eb e pap\u00ebrzgjedhur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb cik\u00ebl t\u00eb studimeve doktorale, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe libra p\u00ebr\u00a0m\u00ebsuesit e shkoll\u00ebs 9-vje\u00e7are.<br \/>\u00b7 Literatura n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e aksesueshme nga student\u00ebt n\u00eb bibliotek\u00ebn e Universitetit<br \/>\u00b7 Ka mosp\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb titujve t\u00eb modulit dhe sillabuseve.<br \/>\u00b7 M\u00ebnyra e realizimit t\u00eb thellimit teorik q\u00eb parashikon 60 kredite nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e plot\u00eb; m\u00ebnyra e realizimit dhe\u00a0shp\u00ebrndarja n\u00eb vite, duke mos krijuar konfuzion.<br \/>\u00b7 T\u00eb paraqiten t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr pranimin e kandidat\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi. Nuk ka k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr\u00a0zot\u00ebrimin e gjuh\u00ebve ballkanike nga kandidat\u00ebt q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe objekti i programit.<br \/>3.
