DIDAKTIK\u00cb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshilli i Akreditimit, pasi shqyrtoi propozimet p\u00ebr Programin e ri t\u00eb Studimit Master Profesional, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nga Universiteti \u201cAleksand\u00ebr Moisiu\u201d, Durr\u00ebs, bazuar n\u00eb raportet e vler\u00ebsimit teknik dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje, raportimin e Agjencis\u00eb Publike t\u00eb Akreditimit t\u00eb Arsimit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e vler\u00ebsimit dhe respektimin e kritereve, bazuar n\u00eb standardet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, arrin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim:<\/p>\n<p>1. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb Ri t\u00eb Studimit, MP n\u00eb \u201cDidaktik\u00eb\u201d, nuk p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Negativ, me argumentat: <br \/>\uf0a7 Em\u00ebrtimi Master Profesional n\u00eb \u201cDidaktik\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsues dhe ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb specifikohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb orientuar qart\u00eb specialitetin e diplom\u00ebs n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nevojat e tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb sektor\u00ebt p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs t\u00eb edukimit brenda dhe jasht\u00eb vendit. <br \/>\uf0a7 Mungojn\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjet e bashk\u00ebpunimit me institucionet e deklaruara nga IAL.<br \/>\uf0a7 Misioni dhe objektivat e PS nuk jan\u00eb formuluar qart\u00eb. Pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb profesionale dhe arritjet e kualifikimit t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes PS nuk jan\u00eb shprehur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb. <br \/>\uf0a7 M\u00ebnyra e formulimit t\u00eb mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb pun\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr t\u00eb diplomuarit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi, ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet nga ana kuptimore dhe gjuh\u00ebsore. <br \/>\uf0a7 Referuar praktik\u00ebs profesionale, elemetit ky\u00e7 t\u00eb PS, v\u00ebrehet se gjendet nj\u00eb mosp\u00ebrputhje deklarimesh q\u00eb rrisin konfuzionin rreth garancis\u00eb s\u00eb PS p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur standardet e k\u00ebrkuara n\u00eb trajnimin profesional t\u00eb t\u00eb diplomuarve.<br \/>\uf0a7 N\u00eb programin disiplinor t\u00eb em\u00ebrtuar \u201cPraktik\u00eb Shkollore e M\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies\u201d, nuk cil\u00ebsohet si destinacion praktikimi as shkolla 9-vje\u00e7are as shkolla e mesme e p\u00ebrgjithshme, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb hapur \u00e7\u00ebshtjen se ku dhe si do t\u00eb zhvillohen praktikat profesionale n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb PS. <br \/>\uf0a7 Plani M\u00ebsimor i specifikuar nuk respekton shkall\u00ebn e duhur si kriter linear i marrjes s\u00eb informacionit q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton se disa l\u00ebnd\u00eb\/module duhet t\u00eb zhvillohen p\u00ebrpara disa l\u00ebnd\u00ebve\/moduleve t\u00eb tjera. <br \/>\uf0a7 N\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor format e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies nuk jan\u00eb paraqitur p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb. <br \/>\uf0a7 N\u00eb planin m\u00ebsimor, nuk v\u00ebrehen diferenca n\u00eb ndarjen e krediteve midis l\u00ebnd\u00ebve. <br \/>\uf0a7 Raporti i ngarkes\u00ebs m\u00ebsimore n\u00eb auditor me at\u00eb jasht\u00eb auditorit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb balancuar drejt\u00eb, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb ep\u00ebrsi t\u00eb madhe pun\u00ebs individuale t\u00eb studentit t\u00eb realizuar jasht\u00eb auditorit, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr nga \u00e7far\u00eb rekomandohet si e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb program studimi.<br \/>\uf0a7 Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e syllabuseve kan\u00eb shabllonizuar nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn n\u00eb p\u00ebrshkrimin e metodave t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebs s\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit, pa marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs. Nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e tyre paraqesin probleme me redaktimin gjuh\u00ebsor. <br \/>\uf0a7 Format dhe metodat e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies t\u00eb paraqitura n\u00eb programet l\u00ebndore jan\u00eb shabllonizuar pa respektuar ve\u00e7orit\u00eb e secil\u00ebs l\u00ebnd\u00eb. Edhe programi i \u201cPraktik\u00ebs shkollore t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies\u201d prezanton t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat forma t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies sikund\u00ebr \u00e7do l\u00ebnd\u00eb tjet\u00ebr me natyr\u00eb teorike e parashikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb PS. <br \/>\uf0a7 Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e syllabuseve rekomandojn\u00eb literatur\u00eb baz\u00eb dhe t\u00eb k\u00ebshilluar vet\u00ebm n\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb huaj (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb italisht) duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb pak t\u00eb mundshme p\u00ebr t`u siguruar nga student\u00ebt dhe p\u00ebr t`u p\u00ebrdorur leht\u00ebsisht prej tyre. <br \/>\uf0a7 Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e programeve l\u00ebndore kan\u00eb pasqyruar nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb pak\u00ebt t\u00eb temave m\u00ebsimore krahasuar me numrin e or\u00ebve n\u00eb auditor t\u00eb parashikuar n\u00eb Planin M\u00ebsimor.
