P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, Doktoratur\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cShkenca Kompjuterike, me profilet: Shkenca kompjuterike; Sisteme menaxhimi informacioni\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye jep vler\u00ebsimin Pozitiv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, Doktoratur\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cShkenca shoq\u00ebrore dhe Humane, me profil: Edukim\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsimin p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>T\u00eb argumentohet se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb vlera e shtuar q\u00eb do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb ky program studimi n\u00eb tregun shqiptar t\u00eb arsimit apo at\u00eb rajonal e m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb shprehen qart\u00eb: objektivat, pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb, k\u00ebrkimet, pun\u00ebsimi, bashk\u00ebpunimi me universitetet e huaja, mobilitetin e student\u00ebve duke mbajtur parasysh kontekstin e edukimit.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb sigurohet nj\u00eb staf i mjaftuesh\u00ebm me formim dhe ekspertiz\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e edukimit pasi vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb nga pedagog\u00ebt ka formim psikologjik, por asnj\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e edukimit.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb riformatohet plani m\u00ebsimor p\u00ebr kursin teorik, duke plot\u00ebsuar sipas z\u00ebrave t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb dokumentet n\u00ebn ligjore t\u00eb MASh: or\u00ebt e parashikuara n\u00eb auditor, or\u00ebt p\u00ebr studimin individual, or\u00ebt e parashikuara n\u00eb jav\u00eb, etj.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb parashikohen format dhe procedurat e vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr arritjet n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb studimeve t\u00eb organizuara teorike.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen syllabuset e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve q\u00eb mungojn\u00eb si: \u201cKurrikula dhe t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit\u201d dhe \u201cT\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebt dhe motivimi\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen emrat e pedagog\u00ebve p\u00ebr kurset p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe t\u00eb ruhet konsistenca e tyre n\u00eb plan dhe n\u00eb programet l\u00ebndore.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet m\u00eb qart\u00eb n\u00eb rregulloren e studimeve si: kriteret e fush\u00ebs\/ave s\u00eb\/t\u00eb pranuar\/a t\u00eb studimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebparshme, t\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen procedurat e p\u00ebrzgjedhjes s\u00eb kandidat\u00ebve dhe procedurat e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb disertacionit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. P\u00ebrmbajtja e Programit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb studimit, Doktoratur\u00eb n\u00eb \u201cShkenca shoq\u00ebrore dhe Humane, me profil: Drejt\u00ebsi\u201d, p\u00ebrmbush pjes\u00ebrisht standardet e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye vendos kushtet e m\u00ebposhtme, pas plot\u00ebsimit dhe verifikimit t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave jep vler\u00ebsimin p\u00ebrfundimtar:<br \/>Kushtet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb paraqitet nj\u00eb rregullore p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse (specializimi drejt\u00ebsi) e cila t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb tij.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet qart\u00eb misioni dhe objektivat e tij, si dhe t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb studim real t\u00eb tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, duke u nisur kjo edhe nga fakti q\u00eb ka nj\u00eb \u201csuperprodhim\u201d t\u00eb student\u00ebve q\u00eb mbarojn\u00eb n\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb shikohet mund\u00ebsia q\u00eb programi i studimit t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebrtim adekuat, referuar edhe p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb karakterit specifik.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb integrohet ky program n\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt k\u00ebrkimor, i cili t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb funksion edhe t\u00eb implementimit t\u00eb Strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb hartuar nga institucioni p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn 2011-2015.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb paraqitet nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje bashk\u00ebpunimi, e cila t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbaj\u00eb element\u00ebt e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, me t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrimet, q\u00eb ka \u00e7do pal\u00eb e saj si dhe me mekanizmat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs t\u00eb implementimit t\u00eb saj.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb respektohen standardet shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, si nga pik\u00ebpamja institucionale (Urdh\u00ebri Nr. 126 i Ministrit t\u00eb MASh) dhe ato t\u00eb programeve t\u00eb studimit t\u00eb ciklit t\u00eb tret\u00eb (Urdh\u00ebri Nr. 136 i Ministrit t\u00eb MASh), n\u00eb lidhje me raportin e pedagog\u00ebve t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr realizimin e nj\u00eb programi studimi.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatet numri i pranimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve sipas nj\u00eb procedure, e cila duhet t\u00eb kombinoj\u00eb si k\u00ebrkesat e karakterit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm ashtu edhe asaj t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb p\u00ebrputhet numri i student\u00ebve t\u00eb pranuar, me nevojat reale, q\u00eb n\u00ebnkupton si stafin akademik dhe administrativ q\u00eb ofron insititucioni ashtu dhe politikat shtet\u00ebrore n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00eb paraqiten t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si do t\u00eb realizohet vler\u00ebsimi i student\u00ebve.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.
