Institucioni t\u00eb formuloj\u00eb nj\u00eb strategji t\u00eb zhvillimit duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe prioritetet e politikave t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit. Kjo strategji mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoret si nj\u00eb udh\u00ebzues themelor p\u00ebr zhvillimin e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Institucionit. <br \/>2. T\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen programe studimore prioritare p\u00ebr t\u00eb qart\u00ebsuar misionin e Institucionit.<br \/>3. T\u00eb formulohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar objektivat e programeve t\u00eb studimit. P\u00ebrshkrimi i moduleve duhet t\u00eb sigurohet n\u00eb faqen e internetit t\u00eb Institucionit. <br \/>4. T\u00eb merret n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb planin e programit t\u00eb studimit, l\u00ebnd\u00eb si \u201cM\u00ebso t\u00eb m\u00ebsosh\u201d, \u201cAft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr vet\u00eb-studim\u201d dhe \u201cShkrim akademik\u201d. <br \/>5. T\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet transparenca e procesit t\u00eb pranimit t\u00eb student\u00ebve duke vendosur kritere t\u00eb sakta si not\u00eb minimale nga Matura shtet\u00ebrore dhe dokumenta t\u00eb tjera si nj\u00eb let\u00ebr motivimi. <br \/>6. Pyet\u00ebsori i vler\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb komentuar dhe jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb sh\u00ebnohet.<br \/>7. T\u00eb hartohet nj\u00eb strategji zhvillimi. <br \/>8. IAL duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive (p.sh. nga reklama n\u00eb pes\u00eb gazetat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme; ose publikime n\u00eb faqen e internetit) personel akademik me nj\u00eb diplom\u00eb shkencore. <br \/>9. T\u00eb rritet numri i stafit akademik me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur 70% t\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies totale. <br \/>10. T\u00eb llogariten ECTS p\u00ebr secilin modul bazuar n\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebn e pun\u00ebs. Kjo mund t\u00eb realizohet n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb ngarkes\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs vler\u00ebsuar nga ana e pedagog\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb student\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e ngarkes\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre. Kjo mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e modulit.<br \/>11. T\u00eb sigurohen mjetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxitur krijimin e grupeve k\u00ebrkimore sa m\u00eb shpejt t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur. Gjithashtu duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen prioritetet k\u00ebrkimore shkencore p\u00ebr Institucionin, duke marr\u00eb parasysh nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr llogari t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb lokale. T\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje e madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar aktivitete k\u00ebrkimore, shk\u00ebmbim stafi akademik, nd\u00ebrtimin e qendrave k\u00ebrkimore, mb\u00ebshtetje stafit p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb konferenca, dhe hartimi i nj\u00eb list\u00eb botimesh (komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, etj. <br \/>12. T\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb sistem p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr pun\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb diplomuarve t\u00eb saj.<br \/>13. T\u00eb instalohet nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb politik\u00eb t\u00eb magazinimit, mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb t\u00eb saj akademike, kulturore dhe shkencore. <br \/>14. T\u00eb publikohet n\u00eb faqen e internetit numri i student\u00ebve p\u00ebr \u00e7do program studimi t\u00eb ofruar nga ky Institucion.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr programin e studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cInxhinieri Informatike\u201d<br \/>1. T\u00eb kualifikohet stafi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha l\u00ebnd\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb lektor me t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn grad\u00ebn \u201cDoktor\u201d.<br \/>2. T\u00eb rekrutohet staf akademik me eksperienc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr programin e studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cEkonomi\u201d<br \/>1. T\u00eb shikohet me p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsi p\u00ebrfshirja e stafit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kualifikuar n\u00eb organizimin e k\u00ebtij programi studimi<br \/>2. T\u00eb plot\u00ebsohen syllabuset ku literatura ndihm\u00ebse mungon dhe mb\u00ebshteten vet\u00ebm n\u00eb literatur\u00eb baz\u00eb.<br \/>3. Universiteti duhet t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunime t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme me IAL vendase p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbim pedagog\u00ebsh me grada dhe tituj shkencor, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mbuloj m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe me cil\u00ebsi k\u00ebt\u00eb program studimi.<br \/>4. Institucioni duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb prioritetet dhe strategjit\u00eb afatmesme, k\u00ebrkimin shkencor, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb kompletoj\u00eb stafin akademik t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb proceset e ndryshme t\u00eb kualifikimit.<br \/>5. T\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsohet biblioteka e cila ka mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb literatur\u00eb t\u00eb huaj sidomos n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn angleze dhe aksesi i nj\u00eb biblioteke elektronike p\u00ebrdorimi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs aktualisht nuk egziston.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr programin e studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cDrejt\u00ebsi\u201d<br \/>1. T\u00eb komplementohet stafi akademik, me pedagoge t\u00eb brend\u00ebsh dhe me tituj dhe grada.<br \/>2. T\u00eb realizohet nj\u00eb studim real i tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb pun\u00ebsit t\u00eb ardh\u00ebsh\u00ebm t\u00eb student\u00ebve.<br \/>3. T\u00eb hartohet nj\u00eb raport financiar q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme financiare t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave nga tarifat e shkollimit dhe kontributeve t\u00eb tjera financiare p\u00ebr student\u00ebt ose ndarjen e burimeve financiare.<br \/>4. T\u00eb realizohet nj\u00eb auditim financiar nga ana e Institucionit dhe t\u00eb njihet me t\u00eb stafi akademik, administrativ, dhe student\u00ebt.<br \/>5. T\u00eb ngrihet dhe t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb nj\u00eb bibliotek\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb nevojave t\u00eb student\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb rifreskohet me literatur\u00eb bashk\u00ebkohore vendase dhe t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr programin e studimit Bachelor n\u00eb \u201cShkenca Politike\u201d<br \/>1. T\u00eb p\u00ebrfshhet nj\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr historin\u00eb politik dhe institucionale t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb programin e studimit t\u00eb Shkencave Politike.<br \/>2. Stafi akademik t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb sa m\u00eb par\u00eb proceset kualifikuese t\u00eb doktorat\u00ebs.<br \/>3. Programi ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim sidomos n\u00eb stafin m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs me titujt e gradat p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse. <br \/>4.
