Besa Shahini zhvilloi nj\u00eb takim pune n\u00eb ambientet e Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Sigurimin t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Arsimin e Lart\u00eb (ASCAL). Pasi u njoh me ecurin\u00eb e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb n\u00eb 6-mujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2019 nga Drejtori i ASCAL Z. Elvin Gjevori, Znj. Shahini u informua dhe u interesua ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr procesin e akreditimit t\u00eb programeve t\u00eb studimit te IAL-t\u00eb publike. K\u00ebto procese vler\u00ebsimi po zhvillohen p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vend. Aktualisht jan\u00eb 124 programe studimi n\u00eb IAL-t\u00eb publike t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb n\u00eb faza t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb akreditimit. Ky proces, theksoi Znj. Shahini \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zhvillim i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm dhe pozitiv pasi vler\u00ebsimi i jasht\u00ebm (akreditimi) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga instrumentat kryesore p\u00ebr matjen, ruajtjen dhe certifikimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb. Gjithashtu ai synon t\u00eb rris\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe m\u00ebsimnx\u00ebnies p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb student\u00ebve p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsim t\u00eb lart\u00eb m\u00eb cil\u00ebsor. Znj. Shahini k\u00ebrkoi nga Agjencia e Sigurimit t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Arsimin e Lart\u00eb (ASCAL) forcim t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb procesit vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb akreditimit t\u00eb programeve t\u00eb studimit me q\u00ebllim ruajtjen dhe arritjen e standardeve komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb. Znj.
