For Higher Education Institutions and the Study Programs they Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>ASCAL is the institution in the field of higher education in the Republic of Albania that aims at ensuring the quality of academic institutions and programs. One of the ways of achieving this goal is through the external evaluation of higher education institutions and programs operation in Albania.<\/p>\n

ASCAL relies on the expertise of external evaluation experts who are individuals of high academic and professional integrity in their fields. Tasks of experts include, among other things, assessing the self-evaluation reports of institutions and all the necessary documentation, visiting higher education institutions in person, writing the external evaluation report, and performing the overall assessment of the institution or the program. Being an expert in an external evaluation process is a rewarding experience: it enables the exchange of experience among peers on the quality of higher education, enriches professional experiences, and most importantly, maybe a concrete way of contributing to the improvement of quality in higher education in Albania.<\/p>\n

Are invited to apply also the experts who are currently part of the list of external evaluation experts within the framework of institutional accreditations and study programs.<\/p>\n
