Quality Assurance Agency in Higher Education informs the public that the transitional phase between two accreditations until the decision-making of Accreditation Board is regulated by the Accreditation Board Decision Nr.2, date 07.04.2017 "On the determination of the duration and validity periods of accreditation within the framework of the decision-making for the accreditation of the higher education and study programs", point 4, along with the Decision of Accreditation Board Nr.2 date 14.05.2020 "On the validity of the institutional accreditation and study programs accreditation periods, and also the extension of the deadline for accreditation application", point 1.
Point 4 states : For the purposes of accreditation validity, when the final decision of the Accreditation Board is positive, Higher Education Institutions that have submitted for regular accreditation or the recommendations/conditions completion in accordance with the legislation in force and the ones that have been undergoing an evaluation process within the framework of accreditation, is considered accredited for the periods between the accreditations.
